Our free classes cover prenatal care, newborn care, infant CPR, and child development. Earn points for each class you attend and redeem them for diapers, formula, clothing, and more.

Choose from our rotating schedule of parenting topics. Classes are held weekly and last about one hour.
Earn Points
Each class you attend earns points that you can spend in our baby supply closet. The more you learn, the more you earn.
Pick Up Supplies
Use your points to get diapers, formula, baby clothing, and more. No cost. No judgment. Just support.
One-on-One Mentoring
Our trained mentors meet with you regularly to offer guidance on parenting, life skills, and connecting with community resources. You’ll build confidence and a support network.

Do I need to pay for classes?
No. All parenting classes at Napa Women’s Center are completely free. There are no fees or hidden costs.
How do I earn baby supplies?
You earn points by attending classes. Points can be exchanged for diapers, formula, clothing, and other essentials. Our staff will explain the system when you join.
What if I need help with housing or food?
We provide referrals to partner organizations for housing assistance, food banks, medical care, and more. Just ask one of our team members.
Is the car seat program separate?
We offer free car seats to qualifying families as part of our car seat safety program. Ask your mentor or class instructor for details.
